  • Difficult Conversations – Learn to approach difficult conversations with confidence and ease. Discover techniques to deepen selling skills by  learning strategies  and gaining insight for tackling the “Difficult Conversation” with customers, suppliers, co-workers and business associates.


  • Goal Setting  – Learn to master the art of goal setting. Learn to set realistic goals to help you grow your business. Develop strategies and tactics that will help you achieve your sales goals.
