Founder and Owner – Sharon-Rose McNeil

At the young age of 18 Sharon-Rose McNeil started selling vacuum cleaners door to door. For 6 years  she supported her whole family. She became a top sales professional for Rexair.. These early years set the foundation for a lifelong career in sales.
Sharon-Rose has worked for 18 years in the construction industry for one of North Americas largest building products manufacturer, winning many top sales awards.
In 2018 She launched  Honor Sales a sales training company. She felt there was a need for authentic sales training. She felt compelled to name her company Honor Sales as a tribute to her Metis heritage, in First Nations culture the eagle feather is a sign of honor, she felt called to honor her past while teaching others about the importance of working from a place of honor in their businesses.When Sharon-Rose is not working or creating sales training materials, she might be found hiking, boating, camping or running. Sharon-Rose and her husband Brian reside in Sidney BC with their doggy Russell the Beagle.
Sharon-Rose is also the proud mother of two children and two grandchildren.

Tracy Harris – Program Designer

Tracy

Tracy Harris works closely with Honor Sales in program development and design. She brings a wealth of experience in instructional design, customer service, behaviour change, and business consulting among a variety of industries. Tracy graduated university with a Bachelor’s of Education and Fine Arts degree from the University of Lethbridge. Tracy began her career as a high school teacher in Alberta. Tracy has been instrumental in creating change within the fields of engineering, airline services, finance, IT, procurement, and public service. She loves to travel and has lived all over the globe with her husband and two sons, learning all about how other cultures tick and how their approaches can be applied to her future endeavours. Tracy is excited to be partnering with Honor Sales to turn the dial of customer service in your industry!

As a multipotentialite, Sarah is passionate about helping businesses grow, by making a difference in their marketing efforts through their brands, emails, digital marketing, social media and content strategy. Sarah has a advanced diploma of International Trade export and has worked extensively with businesses around the globe. Sarah takes an analytical approach in her marketing strategies by looking at a customers current marketing efforts and tailoring a custom approach to their online presence. Sarah uses creative problem solving techniques to help her customers solve complex marketing challenges and map out a plan to build out their online presence to help businesses attract ideal clients. With  digital marketing changing at light speed more and more customers are researching their purchases online before making a final purchase. So having a strong online presence is needed for businesses to keep relevant. When Sarah is not working she can be found running, swimming, enjoying ballroom dancing or making art. Sara is excited to partner with Honor Sales to help focus on an online marketing strategy plan for their Social Media marketing goals.

  Becca MacLean –Diva! design – Creative Director

Becca McLeanDiva ! design has partnered with Honor Sales to offer services in marketing through graphic design. From the creation of your business’ logo, brand packages, to the many places your brand needs to be seen, Diva Design  can help you reach your ideal clients. Becca is there to ensure you are consistent and on message. She specializes in business card design, brochures, billboard and website design. She creates exciting pieces to engage your audience and help you build your brand. Becca’s background in Marketing and Communications as well as a diploma in graphic design and web development, helps her clients get much more than just a beautiful design – its design with a strategy. When Becca is not designing, she can be found with her entourage of 4 little people, doing yoga, renovating her home, blogging, dirt biking, or out with her partner in crime dancing. When I asked Becca to describe herself, she instantly responded “Passionately Curious”
